Deborah McCarthy (MSFS‘79) becomes ambassador to Lithuania, after a successful career in the Foreign Service, during which she was posted variously to Greece, Canada, Nicaragua, France, Haiti, as well as various positions at the State Department in DC.
Ambassador McCarthy is currently a Practitioner in Residence at the MSFS program.
