Tory Igoe
Tory is a candidate in the Master of Science in Foreign Service (MSFS) program pursuing the Global Politics & Security concentration. She is interested in conflict management, with a focus on prevention and stabilization. Her regional area of focus is the Non-Arab Middle East. Prior to joining MSFS, Tory served as a Coordinating Security Specialist at a leading security risk management company in Dubai, UAE. In this role, she was responsible for overseeing and briefing clientele on developments within the security environments of 52 countries across the Middle East, Central Asia, Eastern Europe, and Southern and Eastern Africa. She also supported clientele with evacuation and crisis management support. Tory earned her B.A. from Northeastern University, where she studied political science and international affairs. During her time at Northeastern University, she completed research assistantships in Switzerland, Israel, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands and Saudi Arabia. She has also held positions at Harvard’s Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs and the Global Resilience Institute in Boston, MA.
