Paul Noone
Paul Noone, a native of Mercer Island, Washington, is pursuing a Master of Science in Foreign Service with a concentration in Global Business, Finance, and Society. His interest areas include trade policy, supply chain risk management, and international migration.
Prior to joining the MSFS program, Paul worked as a Trade and Customs Intern at KPMG, where he advised organizations on matters of export compliance and tariff reduction. Previously, Paul assisted with international affairs research at the Library of Congress within the Kluge Center, a department designed to advise policymakers on the challenges facing democracy in the 21st century. His research investigated the cultural linkages which shape the political relationship between Venezuela and Cuba. Paul also has experience at the US House of Representatives, where he completed two internships.
Alongside his MSFS coursework, Paul will be completing his bachelor’s degree in International Politics from Georgetown. As an undergraduate, Paul studied abroad in both Denmark and Ecuador.
