Kevin Drahos
Kevin Drahos is an MSFS candidate at Georgetown University’s Walsh School of Foreign Service. He is concentrating in Science, Technology, and International Affairs (STIA). Kevin’s areas of interest include statecraft, unconventional warfare, emerging technology, and infrastructure systems.
Kevin has served in various positions at the Department of State including Foreign Service Intern (USFSIP) in the Office of the Chief of Protocol, Office of China Coordination, and U.S. Consulate General Cape Town. Most recently, he served as a Front Office Staffer in the Global Engagement Center supporting U.S. Government efforts to combat foreign propaganda and disinformation. Kevin is a Thomas R. Pickering Graduate Foreign Affairs Fellow at the Department of State and will enter the U.S. Foreign Service following the completion of his graduate degree. He is a native of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and completed a B.A. in Political Science at the University of Iowa. He is proficient in Spanish.
