Judy Blancaflor (she/her) is a Program Associate for the Enterprise Risk Management Division in the Office of the Chief Financial Officer at USAID. In her previous role she was a Program Assistant for USAID’s Bureau for Global Health in the Office of Population and Reproductive Health. She has been with USAID for over two years.

Judy received her B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Public Policy from the University of California, Berkeley and her A.A in Political Science from Long Beach City College. She also has a published paper on international migration and refugee flows. Judy’s family migrated from the Philippines where she was born and raised in Long Beach, California.

In her free time, Judy loves to try new coffee shops, play D&D with her friends, volunteering, and weightlifting!
