Aly Dimova
Alevtyna (Aly) Dimova is a graduate student in Georgetown University's Master of Science in Foreign Service (MSFS) program, focusing on Global Business and Finance. Originally from Odesa, Ukraine, Aly has lived in the United States for the past nine years. She is fluent in Ukrainian, Russian, and English, with intermediate proficiency in French and Bulgarian.
Aly holds a dual bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Advertising with a Business minor from Syracuse University.
In the past, Aly has worked in the European Parliament in the office of an MEP and recently started an internship at the World Bank in the Global Corporate Real Estate Department. Additional experience spans agriculture trade, communications, marketing, and business project management.
In the future, Aly aims to apply this global and interdisciplinary background to advance innovation and solutions in international finance, trade, and technology. More specifically, her future career aspirations lie within the international trade and investments, global financial markets, emerging markets, AI, tech and innovation in finance, risk management, and corporate diplomacy.
