Justin Millar
Justin is an MSFS student in the International Development Concentration. Originally from Los Angeles, he graduated from Northeastern University in 2020 with a BS in Economics and a Minor in Spanish. As an undergraduate, he spent time abroad in Spain, Ireland, and the United Kingdom, studying international economics. Prior to enrolling in MSFS, Justin worked in refugee resettlement and development advocacy. At Georgetown, Justin has focused his coursework on development economics. He is currently a Research Assistant at the World Bank in the Social Protection and Labor Global Practice, working on social protection delivery systems. He hopes to pursue a career in advancing social safety nets across the world for a multilateral organization or development agency.
