COVID Checklist for Coming to Campus
Step 1: Become a One Medical member using this link and your NetID email address so you can schedule testing and receive test results. If you have already registered, you do not need to re-register. You do not need to download the One Medical app to register.

- If you have a personal account with One Medical, you will need to convert your account to a Georgetown University account. Please email hello@onemedical.com with your name, date of birth and your Georgetown email address so a team member can convert your account.

Step 2: Consent to share COVID-19 test results with Georgetown by completing the consent form. Please enter 202-687-0100 for the third party telephone number on the consent form.
- You must authorize One Medical to receive COVID-19 test results and health data self-reported through the mobile application and to release COVID-19 test results to Georgetown’s public health team.
- Georgetown will continue to comply with all applicable privacy, confidentiality and public health laws related to collection and maintenance of testing and other health-related records.
Step 3: Take an arrival test between 48 hours prior to, or within 24 hours of, resuming work or study on campus, regardless of your vaccination status. (See Arrival Testing section below for more details.) Individuals who are not fully vaccinated are required to continue to get tested twice per week in accordance with the Georgetown University COVID-19 Testing Protocol.

Step 4: Follow all public health instructions about quarantine (if you experience symptoms consistent with COVID-19 or have been exposed to someone infected with COVID-19) and isolation (if you have tested positive or been diagnosed with COVID-19), which may be influenced by your vaccination status.
MASKS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL INDOOR MSFS ORIENTATION SESSIONS. Masks are only permitted to be removed to eat and drink. All food and beverages for MSFS orientation will be offered outdoors. Masks are strongly encouraged outdoors in crowded spaces.
