Samantha Wulfson
Samantha is a Master of Science in Foreign Service (MSFS) candidate in the Global Business and Finance concentration, with an honors certificate in International Business Diplomacy. Her academic and professional interests lie at the intersection of fintech innovation and financial inclusion.
Samantha is a member of Shaper Impact Capital, a branch of the World Economic Forum committed to connecting tech-enabled social impact startups to investors and mentors around the world. Prior to joining the MSFS program, Samantha served as Strategy Lead at NALA, a Dar es Salaam based cross-border payments company dedicated to creating a more efficient, cost-effective remittance platform for the African diaspora. She has also gained experience in Equity Capital Markets at Morgan Stanley, where she worked with fintech companies and financial institutions.
As a part of the accelerated dual degree program at Georgetown University, Samantha earned her BSFS degree in 2018, majoring in Science, Technology and International Affairs with a concentration in Business, Growth and Development. Samantha has lived in Tanzania, Spain, and Argentina, and speaks fluent Spanish.
