Zhuoyi Liu
Zhuoyi Liu is a candidate for the Master of Science in Foreign Service at Georgetown University, concentrating in Science, Technology, and International Affairs with a subfield in energy and environment, and pursuing a certificate in International Business Diplomacy. Zhuoyi is from Shenzhen, China and he holds a B.A. in International Affairs and Environmental Studies from the George Washington University.
Zhuoyi is bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese and proficient in Russian. Before attending Georgetown, he worked on a National Science Foundation research project on Arctic sustainability, conducting field research in Alaska and Arctic Canada. Zhuoyi is passionate about energy, sustainability, and investment. In his second year at MSFS, he leads the School of Foreign Service Energy Club and interns at an investment research company.
