Nana Nishioka - Ida is a Master of Science in Foreign Service candidate at Georgetown University, pursuing a concentration in Global Politics and Security. A young diplomat with Japan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, she joined the ministry in 2022 after achieving the highest score on Japan's national government examination. Over the past two years, she has dedicated her career to strengthening the U.S.-Japan security alliance, coordinating high-level meetings and strategic initiatives to bolster bilateral relations.

Born and raised in Osaka, Nana holds a Bachelor of Laws from Kyoto University. She is passionate about strengthening national security and enhancing geopolitical stability across Asia and beyond.
