Manon Fuchs is a New York native who completed her undergraduate work in Public Policy and Russian at Duke University. She provides research support to the U.S. Institute of Peace Center for Russia and Europe as a Jr. Research Analyst. Her familial background and professional interest in the region took her on the State Department-administered Critical Language Scholarship in Tbilisi, Georgia during the summer of 2023, where she studied Russian and Georgian at Ilia State University. As part of the Rangel Fellowship, she interned on the Europe Subcommittee for Ranking Member William R. Keating in the summer of 2024.
