Sam Frykholm
Sam has an interest in international relations, arms control, and security studies. He has significant academic and internship experiences in Russia, the Republic of Georgia, Turkey, and Kyrgyzstan. Sam had the opportunity to work with with Association Toleranti, a small refugee rights organization, in Akhalktsikhe, Georgia and credits this experience with shaping much of his worldview. He has studied with the Department of State’s Critical Language Scholarship in Ankara, Turkey. He continues to work as an intern with the U.S. Delegation to the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons with the U.S. Department of State. Sam has B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Russian Studies from Colorado College. |
