Collin Frank
Collin Frank is an MSFS candidate from Carefree, Arizona, specializing in Global Politics and Security. His primary areas of study include sanctions implementation, Russian foreign policy, and intelligence policy.
He earned his undergraduate and master’s degrees from Arizona State University, where he concentrated in Russian and East European studies, global studies, and political science. Before joining the MSFS program at Georgetown, Collin conducted research in Kyrgyzstan and taught English and American Studies at Yerevan State University in Armenia as a Fulbright Scholar.
Collin has served with the U.S. Mission to the United Nations, the Bureau of Intelligence and Research at the Department of State, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, and most recently with the U.S. Special Envoy for Iran. He is a Thomas R. Pickering Foreign Affairs Fellow and will enter the U.S. Foreign Service after completing his graduate degree. Collin speaks Russian and studies Eastern Armenian and Serbo-Croatian.
