Cecilia is a MSFS candidate pursuing a concentration in Science, Technology and International Affairs with a focus on Energy and Global Environment. She is also pursuing a certificate in International Business Diplomacy and is one of Georgetown's 10th cohort of Wallenberg International Fellows.

Originally from Hunan, China, Cecilia earned her Bachelor's degree in International Studies-Sociology from the University of California, San Diego with a minor in Climate Change Studies. Focusing on the global energy diplomacy and clean energy transition, Cecilia has abundant cross-sector internship experiences relating to energy policy research and sustainability awareness raising. Some of her experiences include NGOs such as Peace Boat US and Future Forum as well as financial institutions like CITIC Securities. Cecilia seeks to work at the intersection of the public and private sector to boost clean energy innovation and global decarbonization effort.
