Yifan Chen is a Master of Science in Foreign Service candidate with a concentration in International Development, focusing on gender justice and women’s economic development in Sub-Saharan Africa and Latin America. As an accelerated BSFS/MSFS student, Yifan majored in Culture and Politics with a minor in economics and studied abroad in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Before MSFS, Yifan interned with the White House in the Office of the Vice President, Oxfam America, and the United States Agency for International Development.
