Nha Eun [na-en] “Noel” Choi is a Master of Science in Foreign Services (MSFS) ’25 candidate concentrating on International Development (IDEV).

Born in the Republic of Korea, she spent her younger years in Korea, the Philippines, and the United States, embracing diversity and being highly interested in international society.

After earning a bachelor’s degree in international studies at Hanyang University, Nha Eun assisted in diplomatic affairs at the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Uganda as a Young Professional (Programme Officer), mainly focusing on Public Diplomacy and Official Development Assistance (ODA). She also has a background in teaching in a private institution and publishing educational e-books for the public.

Nha Eun is interested in efficient, effective, and sustainable International Development as well as diplomatic policymaking and transnational cooperation.

Nha Eun is fluent in Korean and English, intermediate in French, and novice in Chinese, and Japanese.
