Isabella Chaney works as a Program Coordinator for a number of projects across IREX's Information & Media and Communities & Governance Practices, supporting a variety of media and civil society initiatives. Before joining IREX, Isabella participated in the Russian Language Flagship Capstone and spent a year studying at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University in Almaty, Kazakhstan. While in Kazakhstan, she worked as an intern with USAID’s Future Growth Initiative, a program designed to increase local economic competitiveness in Central Asia, create new jobs, and improve incomes for Central Asia’s growing workforce.
