After graduating he worked as a recruiter at a global management consulting firm first in New York and then in Washington, DC.
Since joining MSFS, Norbert has served as a public affairs intern at the US Department of State, Mission to NATO in Brussels in summer 2022. Since October 2022 he is a strategy, planning, and assessment intern at the Department of Defense, Office of the Assistant to the Secretary of Defense for Public Affairs. In his coursework, Norbert has focused on security, deterrence and defense, and alliance building in both the transatlantic region and East Asia. In addition to English, Norbert speaks Polish and is originally from Warsaw, Poland.
"I chose MSFS because of unparalleled access to accomplished faculty and peers in the fields of security and diplomacy. As someone who recently became a US citizen interested in defense, security, and diplomacy but with no prior professional experience in any of these areas, I knew that MSFS would be the perfect setting to make the pivot. The well-rounded curriculum, resources and connections well-aligned with my interests, and of course the location are a winning combination."
