Mengshi Ren
Mengshi Ren is a first-year MSFS student concentrating in Science, Technology & International Affairs. Growing up in Beijing, he has experienced the impact of environmental pollution constantly. With growing global threats from climate change, he understood the inherent cross-sector cooperation needed between government, business, and society to realistically tackle the world's environmental challenges. Here at MSFS, he will focus his research interests specifically on how multinational corporations cooperate with government and public stakeholders to realistically reach their sustainability goals. Prior to joining MSFS, he obtained her BA in political science and economics from the University of California, Davis. He has previously interned at a securities company and has worked as a research assistant and university ambassador at UC Davis. Currently, he is working as an MSFS fellow to direct the ceremonial videography project for the MSFS Centennial Gala at the United States Institute of Peace.
