Julia Breit
Julia Breit is a current student in the Master of Science in Foreign Service program at Georgetown University with a concentration in Global Business, Finance, and Society. Additionally, Julia is a Consultant at The International Finance Corporation, working for the Facility for Investment Climate Advisory Services trust fund, which drives the acceleration of sustainable private sector investment in developing countries. On the portfolio management team, she leads corporate operations for a portfolio of over 150 projects across various sectors and regions. She is interested in continuing to work at the intersection of the public and private sectors. Prior to joining MSFS, Julia was a Program Officer for the World Bank Women Entrepreneurs Finance Initiative, where she managed a portfolio of 16 development projects. In over 20 countries, she worked with governments to strengthen the entrepreneurial ecosystem through legal reforms while enabling women to access new finance and markets. Julia received her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from St. Lawrence University, where she was a collegiate basketball player.
