Erin Griffin
Erin is pursuing the International Development concentration. She is originally from Massachusetts and received her B.A. in Political Science from Boston College. She has a particular interest in refugee and migration policy and a regional focus on Latin America. Prior to MSFS, Erin worked at a DC-based nonprofit called the U.S. Committee for Refugees and Immigrants where she assisted asylum seekers and other migrants through the immigration process and served as a translator and interpreter. Following that, she provided logistical support at the International Monetary Fund (IMF) for two years. At Georgetown, Erin serves as the Vice President of the Migration and Refugee Policy Initiative (MRPI) and currently interns at the UN Refugee Agency. She speaks Spanish and is studying French.
