Prior to MSFS, Emily was a federal management consultant for three years with PricewaterhouseCoopers Public Sector, where she worked primarily with the firm’s national security practice. As of January 2019, Emily is interning at the Millennium Challenge Corporation.
As an undergraduate at Wellesley College, Emily majored in Spanish and Italian Studies and completed her senior thesis on the Catalan independence movement. During this time she interned with the Foreign Commercial Service at the U.S. Mission to the European Union in Brussels, Belgium.
"There are so many reasons to choose MSFS, but what stood out most to me were the caliber and dedication of the students and faculty, the wide variety of classes, and the location. Visiting campus for the open house after I had been admitted further confirmed my decision for me. I remember feeling right at home alongside my future classmates and professors. The most telling part of that day was how several alumni from the program returned to campus to socialize with the admitted students. This made me realize that MSFS lasts well beyond the two years on campus and will extend into the rest of my life and career.”
