Conor Maxwell
Conor Maxwell is currently pursuing his Master of Science in Foreign Service at Georgetown University’s Walsh School of Foreign Service. He is concentrating in Global Politics and Security and specializing in Global Institutions and Transnational Challenges. He has also served as the Editor at Large for the Georgetown Journal of International Affairs. Previously, Conor worked on inclusive democracy and governance programs in South Asia for the International Republican Institute from 2019 to 2021. He moved to Washington, DC in 2017 to work on transatlantic issues and geopolitical research at the German Marshall Fund and the Center for Strategic and International Studies. He graduated with honors and a Bachelor of Arts from Middlebury College in 2017 and is originally from Buffalo, NY.
