Chenoa Lee
Chenoa is a first-year student and 2019 Rangel Fellow pursing an International Development concentration in the Master of Science in Foreign Service (MSFS) Program. Originally from the U.S. Virgin Islands, she left the Caribbean to pursue a career in sustainable development.Prior to MSFS, Chenoa was a Program Specialist for Economic Growth at USAID's Bureau for Africa Office of Sustainable Development, where she provided technical support to USAID missions and worked on projects to promote environmental resiliency. In 2015, Chenoa graduated from American University with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Environmental Science. During her undergraduate career, Chenoa completed two internships at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, and was selected as a Charles B. Rangel Scholar, Gilman Scholar, Public Policy and International Affairs Fellow, and Congress-Bundestag Youth Exchange for Young Professionals Fellow. After graduation, Chenoa will join the State Department as a Foreign Service Economic Officer.
