Lisa Barry’s career spans 35 years of international government relations work in the public, nonprofit and corporate sectors in Washington, DC. Ms. Barry most recently served as Vice President and General Manager, Government Affairs at Chevron where she developed a strategic government affairs program that positioned the company as a leading player in Washington policy circles. Prior to joining Chevron, Ms. Barry was senior vice president, international public policy in Time Warner Inc.’s Global Policy Group where she developed and executed the global strategy and policy initiatives to advance the company’s international business and policy agenda. Ms. Barry also had a nine-year career at The Boeing Company, served as Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary for Import Administration at the Department of Commerce, and worked at the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative where she worked on aerospace trade policy issues. Ms. Barry began her career as a legislative/appropriations staff member for former Congressman Silvio O. Conte. Ms. Barry holds a Master’s Degree in Foreign Service, with high honors, from Georgetown University and a Bachelor’s Degree from Bates College where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa.
