How to involve beneficiaries in program planning and implementation?
The specific tools introduced and practiced in this workshop include:

Identifying stakeholders and conducting stakeholder analysis

Performing situation and needs analysis

Formulating objectives (Goals, Purpose, Outputs)

Developing practical performance indicators

Measuring participation and risk analysis

Identifying key assumptions and risks
-
Using data sources for verifying project status and using key activity clusters to support the project
