Libraries

The Joseph Mark Lauinger Library, located on the Main Campus of Georgetown University, houses a large collection of books, periodicals, government documents,and non-print materials for graduate level course-work, research and other purposes. Georgetown University also has specialized libraries in law, medicine, and science and as a member of the Washington Research Library Consortium (WRLC), offers students access to major university libraries throughout the Washington, DC area. Students and scholars with special research needs may use the unparalleled Library of Congress, the U.S. National Archives and other libraries and archives in Washington and the surrounding area.
