Professional Experience

Previously I was the Development and Communications Associate at International Student House of Washington, DC, where I was responsible for the development and execution of the annual fundraising plan of Directors. Prior to joining ISH, I served as a Research Consultant at the U.S.-Japan Business Council/U.S. Chamber of Commerce where he helped launch a new U.S.-Japan travel and tourism initiative and managed multiple events for the Asia team. I also participated in the Japanese Government’s Japan Exchange & Teaching (JET) Program, serving for two years as an Assistant Language Teacher in Hokkaido, Japan. At Asia Society, I developed his own series of programs targeting North Korean Human Rights, Japan Tsunami Relief Efforts, and Women & Gender Development in Asia, and at McLarty Associates, I worked alongside C-suite level executives in implementing policy initiatives for various fortune 500 companies.
