Evgeny Morozov, the 2009-2010 Georgetown University Yahoo! Fellow in Residence, recently published an op-ed in the New York Times. Mr. Morozov's article discusses the implications of recent cyber-attacks on the United States and South Korea, and the proactive measures warranted by cyber-warfare.
