Gen. Wesley Clark Addresses MSFS Graduates During 2009 Commencement Ceremonies

Retired Army General Wesley Clark, the featured speaker at the 2009 MSFS Award and Diploma Ceremony, advised graduates to heed several time-tested lessons as they move forward into their careers.  General Clark, whose career led him to serving in the Vietnam War, leading NATO forces in Operation Allied Force during the war in Kosovo, and running in the 2004 Democratic presidential primary election, reminded the graduates to hang on to their principles.  His top advice: to be aware of who you are and what you believe in.  General Clark further implored students to always find a way to move forward, seek progress, and make things better, and to treat everyone with respect along the way.
