Financial Officer: Geraldine Hart

Geraldine Hart, Financial Officer of the MSFS Program, worked for the Philippine House of Representatives and the Catholic University of America prior to joining the MSFS in 1999. Ms. Hart holds a B.A. in International Studies from Maryknoll College and an M.A. in Political Science.
